The idea is simple. Since December 2017, all new customers of Banco Renault and Credi Nissan have received a welcome video one day after finance contract issuance giving them complete information about it: the type of loan, date and amount of monthly payments, a summary of insurance subscribed and how to register in the customer space. In one month, more than 3,000 videos have been sent and viewed an average of 1.9 times.

By educating customers, the videos aims to reduce the number of helpline calls asking for basic information and increase registrations on customer space.
