Renault, Dacia and Nissan customers are able to take out a contract electronically for both new and used cars. The process is extremely simple and takes just five minutes. At dealerships, the salesperson starts by creating a customer profile and uploading the requisite supporting documents. If the customer decides to sign their contract electronically, these documents are checked automatically by the system. The customer then receives a code via SMS, enabling them to definitively subscribe to their contract. To conclude, a copy of the contract is sent to the customer and the salesperson.

Today, a full 70% of financing contracts are subscribed on an electronic basis, representing a true success for the Italian subsidiary just a little over one year after launch. Also available in France, Spain and Slovenia, the electronic signature system is consistent with RCI Bank and Services’ aim to roll out multi-channel services with a view to enhancing the experience of Alliance brand customers.
