Zesto by RCI Bank and Services: the subscription 100% online

One year after the new website www.livretzesto.fr  was introduced, and a few months after implementation of Web Call Back[i], the French savings division wanted to give prospective customers the opportunity to open a ZESTO savings account entirely online.

Thus, as of October 2, customers can open a savings account by completing a simple, ergonomic online form and making an initial deposit using their debit card, with a minimum deposit of €10 and a maximum deposit of €3,500[ii]. Better yet, all supporting documents for opening the account can be uploaded online. Nevertheless, those who prefer working with hard copies may still open the account by regular postal service.

An optimized journey for Renault Bank direkt customers

Since July, new customers of Renault Bank direkt in Austria can open an account in 4 simple steps, from their mobile device or internet. They only need a few minutes to fill out the registration forms and upload their supporting documents.

In addition, the customer area has also been redesigned to facilitate the management of the daily operations of its customers. They can now easily access their account statements, their balances or a more intuitive FAQ.

[1] Web Call Back: a feature that allows a website visitor to enter his or her telephone number on an online form and be rapidly contacted by telephone by a customer-service agent.

[1] For amounts over €3,500, savings deposits must made exclusively by regular post.
