The survey institute Service Value interviewed nearly 2,000 clients in order to evaluate their customer satisfaction regarding 24 vehicle finance company. It's Renault Bank, our Renault brand’s finance company in Germany , came in first in every category. A prize that notably rewards the quality of its offers and its customer service.
In January 2017, some 2,000 German consumers were asked questions in five categories: finance product performance, financing terms and conditions, communication, advice, and customer service. Renault Bank scored the highest mark in all categories, thus earning it the top overall rating and placing it first in this ranking of 24 car finance companies.
The outcome of this survey matched that of another, conducted in October 2016 by the news channel N-TV, for which Renault Bank had already been rewarded. Two awards that confirm the customer-centric strategy deployed in Germany.
