Caroline Jeandeau, who was previously Head of the Risks and Banking Regulations Department, will take up her new post on May 6, 2024. Guillaume Mourlat, who was already Chief Legal Officer, joins the Executive Committee with immediate effect.

This reorganization of the Executive Committee follows the departure of Pierre-Yves Beaufils, who has decided to leave the company to pursue other projects outside the Group. We wish him every success in his future career.

Caroline Jeandeau, began her career with RCI Banque in 2002 as corporate financial analyst in France, then abroad.

In 2008, she was appointed as Operational Management Controller for the DIAC Group's commercial activities, a team she took charge of in 2010. She then held the position of Executive Secretary to Renault's Chief Financial Officer and to the CEO of RCI Banque, before successively holding the positions of AQR and Stress-Test Project Manager and Head of the Risk Control Department.

Since 2018, Caroline Jeandeau has held the position of Director of DIAC's Risk and Banking Regulation Department. She has been a member of the DIAC SA Board of Directors since 2019.

Born in 1979, Caroline Jeandeau holds a degree in corporate finance from Skema Business School.

Guillaume Mourlat began his career in 2001 as a business legal advisor at Framatome ANP, a subsidiary of the Areva Group, before joining Ford France in 2003.

He joined RCI Banque in 2006 as a legal advisor in the field of retail financing and creditor insurance, a position he held until 2010. He then spent two years as legal advisor for professional financing, leasing and related services, before taking up the position of legal advisor for partnerships and international development until 2014.

Since 2015, Guillaume Mourlat has been Chief Legal Officer of RCI Banque.

Born in 1978, Guillaume Mourlat holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in international business law from Toulouse 1 University.
