The app provides RN Bank customers with three monthly payment possibilities: online payments, automatic debits, and, by geolocating the closest partner, cash payments, which are a common practice in the Russian market.
Also with the app, RN Bank can receive bank statements or contact customer service directly with any questions. In addition, for each on-time payment made, customers receives exclusive badges.
The app has been quick to garner success with brand customers, particularly among young people. Just one month after its launch, 20 000 clients had already downloaded it.
The next step will be to bring users the possibility of subscribing to services such as third party liability insurance by the end of 2017.
