2020 changed many things, including how automobile retail and sales finance business was done in India. The entire car buying journey witnessed considerable shift. Transition was from physical to digital or the evolution to “phygital” journey. In order to put customer safety first, many physical touch points were eliminated. Renault launched its virtual studio with unique features. Through a 360’ digital ecosystem solution, Renault Finance launched Smart Finance Platform to provide seamless end to end online digital customer journey for each Renault customer.
