Giovanni Luca Soma is a graduate of LUISS University in Rome, Italy, and holds Italian audit certification (Sindaco), as well as an MBA from the University of Turin in Italy.
After starting his career in a consulting firm, Giovanni Luca Soma has spent most of his career in financial services, banking and mobility. He has a wealth of experience in one of Europe's largest banking groups, both in leasing (he was Managing Director of the ALD Group for 4 years) and in consumer finance (he was Managing Director of Société Générale Consumer Finance, then Head of Europe international retail banking).
Mr Giovanni Luca Soma is appointed as an independent member of the Board of Directors of RCI Banque with effect from 1 January 2025.
