Service contracts

Servicing, technical inspections, wear and tear, incidents, and mechanical, electrical or electronic repairs: our service contracts are there to make our customers' lives easier and take care of them.

Our service contracts can cover a long list of maintenance jobs. They include planned operations that keep the vehicle running smoothly (oil change, technical checks, servicing). They also deal with vehicle wear and tear (clutch, brake pads, wiper blades, etc.). And they can help in the event of unforeseen incidents such as punctures or misfuelling. In addition, they provide access to 24/7 assistance. Our maintenance contracts are paid for monthly when customers take out financing with Mobilize Financial Services, allowing them to keep costs under control and plan their budgets. Monthly payment is also available in France if the customer subscribes to a stand-alone service contract.

Repair warranty

Car insurance policies operate on the basis of a deductible, which the insurer requires the customer to pay.

When the vehicle is repaired after an accident for example, with Mobilize Financial Services repair warranty, the deductible that has to be born by the customer is to be reimbursed partially or entirely, depending on the amount of the deductible.
