I joined Mobilize Financial Services as an IT Security Assistant on a work-study program, and since then, I’ve grown into a Project Manager role.

My advice? First of all, to train continuously. Then, to take advantage of the opportunities. Thirdly, to take advantage of the team, where you are, to learn from them and also to contribute to your team with your expertise. Then to be open to work with and to learn from people all around the world.

I learned how to build sales financing strategies, set prices, launch new products, and even negotiate with insurance companies.

I’ve had several job changes that were quite unexpected, key moments in my development, and I’ve been able to embrace all the changes that were offered to me.

My experience at Mobilize Financial Services in 3 words? Challenging, Motivating and Global!

My job means to be able to both understand and fulfil my customers needs. Within the team, I must explain in technical terms what the customer expects to ensure that it can be achieved as simply as possible.

I took the opportunity to live abroad in order to develop my career path, but also to work in an international environment, discover other business activities at Mobilize Financial Services and get out of my comfort zone.

The skills I have developed through my experience are the ability to listen, open-mindedness, negociation and reconsideration.

Beyond opportunities, the group has provided me a strong training structure, especially "new manager" support.

I have developed adaptability skills and an international profile. I have worked in 3 different countries, with different cultures and which require a quick adaptation to its environment.

For me, it was really important to work in a tribe and to gain on understanding of other people's cultures and see the differences between each of us within Mobilize Financial Services.

My job enables me now to be in contact with dealers, car manufacturers, the automotive market observation institutes and over the entire lifecycle of the vehicle.

The major challenge I face everyday is to convey and to encourage people for the same objective.

I could use everything I've learnt at Renault and at the same time, work with a banking culture.

Through all these years, I’ve always got the feeling of being useful to the company through my jobs, of learning things.

The group gave me the opportunity to change several positions, sometimes pushing me beyond my comfort zone.

We are lucky to have many different opportunities, to move on managarial or technical job positions.

My job now is to put in place IT systems that are innovative, agile, cost-effective and compliant with the regulatory demands of our operations.

The characteristics of HR directors and HR people differ greatly by countries, which is very interesting.

We always aim to be more customer-centric and this team is always tryning to fulfill this goal.

The company moves with the times, it has perfected its own fast-mooving tools, it's a genuinely innovative company which knows how to make headway.

I like the variety of my job: being a manager, creative, analytic and using my organizational skills.

It is a pretty cross-cutting job, there are lots of synergies, we work very closely with the car manufacturers.

You need to have good understanding of numbers, and as well interpretation of the political and economic environment.

The main challenge today is to take care of the company’s profitability by controlling the cost of risk.
