The survey is founded on several criteria: the company's values, trainings, quality of life at work, growth opportunity, salary and benefits. The most important is the trust Index that measures how employees feel at the company. The certification, based on employees’ feedback, recognizes Banco RCI Brasil’s human resources policy.
Among the 90 participating companies, Banco RCI Brasil ranks 8th. Overall, 82% of Brazilian employees responded on a voluntary basis to the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.
