In its first year of participation, Banco RCI Brasil ranked No. 24 among workplaces in the state of Paraná. Overall, 82% of employees of our subsidiary responded on a voluntary basis to the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. In all, the employees of over 2,000 organizations took part in the survey, assessing their company on the criteria of trust, HR projects, benefits and communications.
