A simple, universal core service

Easy Loc Pro is based on a core set of fundamental services, guaranteeing the operational availability of the customer’s 'work tool' at all times. This base comprises:

  • vehicle financing,
  • servicing, including maintenance and the replacement of wear parts,
  • 24/7 assistance nationwide,
  • financial protection if the vehicle is stolen or destroyed,
  • prevention of road risks, training courses to recover license points at a lower cost.

Easy Loc Pro is a simple solution, tailored to the requirements of business customers, who pay only for what they need.

Three complementary solutions, tailored to individual use

To customize services even more closely to the needs of customers and the way they use their business vehicles, Easy Loc Pro is available with three complementary solutions:

  • Easy Loc Business to lease a passenger vehicle,
  • Easy Loc Société to lease a company vehicle,
  • Easy Loc Pro+ to lease a light commercial vehicle.

Easy Loc Pro is supported by the launch of new digital tools for business customers. In the first half of the year, for example, they will gain access to:

  • a new online customer area, where managers will be able to oversee all aspects of their activity, for more efficient fleet management,
  • a personal digital assistant in the form of a free smartphone app, giving drivers easy access to information relevant to vehicle use, along with practical tips from a built-in chatbot.

Easy Loc Pro complements Overlease, the full-service leasing service from Diac for key account customers, and Easy Pack Pro, the lease financing solution for local fleets.

Vincent Hauville, Deputy CEO with Diac Location and Assistant General Manager with Renault Parc Entreprises, said: "With Easy Loc Pro, we have reviewed our full-service leasing solutions to make them simpler, more complete and more attractive for our business customers. This new service should help to consolidate the position of Diac Location on the full-service leasing market in France from this year."
