A customer-centric approach to boost KWID financing sales

In May, NRFSI decided to launch an innovative offer for Renault Kwid financing, with relatively low monthly payment and a relatively small initial down-payment for the market. An offer particularly adapted to the needs of the middle classes and young drivers. The offer has enabled NRFSI in just two months to achieve a 19% penetration rate[1] with Kwid, its highest level since the launch of the vehicle and exceeding its initial objective by four points.

True value added through a complete range of services

Since the launch of its offer for private motorists in early 2015, NRFSI has also stood apart from conventional players, namely banks, through its complete range of services. Today, each financing contract is sold with at least two services, such as a warranty extension, accessories, or borrower insurance. In June 2017, borrower insurance was taken out by 90% of Kwid customers and nearly half of NRFSI's individual customers.

Meanwhile, NRFSI's car insurance program, launched in March 2016, has already won over 52% of Renault customers, with the percentage rising to a full 58% in June 2017 alone.

The subsidiary's next challenge is to support the launch of Renault Captur in October 2017.
