This new governance aims to sustainably structure the development of long-term leasing within a unified, more agile, and more coherent organization. Aligned with the international model of Mobilize Lease&Co, it will better serve the Group’sambitions in a context of profound transformation in mobility usage.
As of September 1, 2025, Fabrice Denoual is appointed Managing Director of Mobilize Lease&Co France, the structure dedicated to long-term leasing. He will be supported by Jean Raia, appointed Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer, and by Sylvain Schuler, who will serve as Sales & Marketing Director.
The Mobilize Lease&Co France teams will work closely with the Renault, Dacia, Alpine, and Nissan brands, as well as their distribution networks, to offer attractive, competitive, and tailored leasing solutions for all customers.

Fabrice Denoual
A graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine, Fabrice Denoual began his career in 1998 at Arthur Andersen before joining Ernst & Young. He supported listed companies in France and the UK, particularly in statutory audits and M&A projects. He joined Société Générale Group in 2008 as International Development Officer, and later that year was appointed Strategy and Development Director of the Specialized Financial Services Division. In this role, he worked on consumer credit, leasing, insurance, and long-term leasing (ALD Automotive).
In 2014, he became Deputy CEO of ALD Automotive France, and in 2016, Executive Vice President. He oversaw Operations, IT, Strategy and Development (customer relations, marketing, and communication), as well as the integration and management of Parcours, acquired in 2016.
In 2021, he was appointed CEO of Ford Lease / Ford Fleet Management France, Ford’s long-term leasing captive. He joined Ayvens headquarters in 2023 to oversee Ford Lease / Ford Fleet Management’s European operations.
Fabrice also served as Chairman of the Communications Commission of the French Association of Automotive Leasing and Mobility Services Companies (Sesamlld) from 2016 to 2023.
Jean Raia
Jean Raia began his career at RCI Banque – DIAC in 1991. He held various roles in the Group’s Finance Department as Management Controller for Sigma Services and then Diac Location. In 2004, he joined RPE (a joint venture between Renault and Diac Location), working in fleet sales as a Management Controller.
In 2008, he joined the Corporate Back Office and managed a platform dedicated to local fleets in collaboration with the Renault network and end customers.
In 2011, he moved into sales as Corporate Manager at Nissan Finance, and in 2013, took over management of Renault Employee Sales.
In 2016, he was appointed Regional Director and, a year later, returned to the France headquarters to lead the Nissan Finance business unit.
Since 2020, he has served as Director of Special Sales, Deputy CEO of Diac Location, and Deputy General Manager of Renault Parc Entreprises.
Sylvain Schuler
Sylvain Schuler began his career at RCI Banque – DIAC in February 2001. After starting in the Rennes Regional Office as a Business Manager with the dealer network, he joined Renault Parc Entreprises, holding various roles in sales and marketing. From 2011 to 2013, he served as International Director of Long-Term Leasing.
In 2013, he was appointed Marketing Director France at Diac, overseeing the development of financing and service offers for all Group brands. In 2018, he joined the international holding company RCI Banque as Director of Business Development, supporting Group subsidiaries with his team. In 2021, he became Head of the Dacia Business Unit as part of the Renaulution plan.
Since June 2025, he had been acting as interim CEO of the Mobilize Financial Services Belgium / Luxembourg subsidiary.
