About Virginie Vasselon

Virginie Vasselon has over 25 years of experience in transforming HR organizations within international groups across banking and services, energy, and consumer goods sectors.

Since 2021, she has served as Human Resources Director at Romande Energie, the leading electricity provider in French-speaking Switzerland, where she led the transformation of the HR function into a strategic role, focusing on talent development, employer branding, and corporate culture.

She has also held senior HR positions at Crédit Agricole, PepsiCo Europe, Schlumberger, and Accor, both in France and internationally. She has led projects in organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development, with a strong emphasis on innovation, diversity, and inclusion.

Virginie Vasselon holds a Master’s degree in Communication & HR from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
