DIAC, the French subsidiary of RCI Bank and Services, has been the finance company of Renault Group since 1924. It now proposes financing offers for all the brands of the Alliance.
DIAC has 1 500 employees in France working at its different sites, among which 1 000 dedicated in the operational activity of the country. The subsidiary offers financing, services and insurance solutions for the new and used vehicles sold in the Renault and Dacia networks and in the Nissan network.
From the creation of conventional financing to new, more innovative solutions, DIAC's aim is to respond to the changing needs of motorists by bringing customers simple solutions with the very highest levels of service quality.
Accordind to the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future promulgated on September 5, 2018, DIAC published its gender equality index before March 1, allowing it to measure any inequalities between men and women in terms of pay and promotion, and also the new obligations relating to information concerning the proportion of women in management bodies and among senior managers for companies with more than 1000 employees..
Thanks to the actions carried out by DIAC over several years, the company has managed to maintain its score of 87 points out of 100 in 2021:

- Individual increase gap: 20/20
- Promotion gap: 15/15
- Percentage of female employees receiving a raise upon return from maternity leave: 15/15
- Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid: 0/10
This result reflects the commitment made by DIAC for several years in favor of professional equality between women and men.
Regarding our new information obligations in terms of representation, 28.6% of women in management bodies and 24.4% of women among senior managers.
