Aurélia Heuzard-La-Couture joined the group in 2017 as a jurist in social law. In 2019, she moved to the role of Human Resources Manager.
Today, her mission, as Learning, Skills and Development Manager, is to promote employee development with new and existing features to implement structured individual development plans and oversee skill management in coordination with subsidiaries in countries and business units to find the right skill in the right place and at the right time.
My job means to be able to both understand and fulfil my customers needs. Within the team, I must explain in technical terms what the customer expects to ensure that it can be achieved as simply as possible.
